Booking your Paddle Trip with WaterScapes is pretty simple. Trips are reserved to meet either your personal calendar requests or you can be included in parties with reserved space openings. A reservation with WaterScapes is a commitment from us to provide our guest with the best possible paddle trip. It is also a commitment by the guest to arrive on time with the same number of people in the party for which they reserved space.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance of trip fee is due upon arrival on trip day. Providing us with a MasterCard® or Visa® card number authorizes WaterScapes to enforce these Reservation/Cancellation policies.
Trips run rain or shine. Rarely have we canceled, postponed or delayed a trip, but due to severe weather conditions, water level, or other factors beyond our control, we may be forced to cancel a trip. In such an event, money will be refunded in full or applied to another trip.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation means the guest called and canceled the
paddle trip. Funds are transferrable to another person any
time prior to the trip.
- Cancel 14 or more days before the trip
- Full Refund
- Cancel 7-13 days before the trip.
- $10 per person fee will be charged.
- Cancel less than 1 week before the trip
- 50% of trip cost will be charged.
- Don't call and fail to show for the trip.
- Full price will be charged.
